  This was such an education for our entire family, to discover our son had amblyopia (lazy eye) and the traditional methods of patching and/or drops couldn't do anything to help. That first meeting with Dr. David, we understood the diagnosis, that one of his eyes just needed therapy to wake up and communicate with the brain, and had a plan laid out to get there. We left confident in the path forward. Now, after all is said and done, I couldn't speak more highly of the quality of life restored to our son through the efforts of all the staff at Utah Vision Solutions. We didn't even know what was wrong, and now our son has gone from zero depth perception to near perfect vision. Obviously insert disclaimer here: Results will vary. But truthfully, we're so grateful. And when we were so excited and told our son he graduated his therapy, he was actually sad because of how much he enjoyed his time with his therapist, Joanna (such an angel she was), and the amazing efforts she put into his personal treatments and exercises. Please, give them a consideration when looking for help with your vision needs. Utah Vision Solutions is the only place I'd ever go again.

  Dr. David and the staff at Utah Vision Solutions have made a huge impact on my 10 year old son's ability to function at school. He has a visual processing disorder, and with frequent visits to Dr. David's office my son no longer complains of eyes watering, headaches, etc. when doing close work. It's frustrating as a parent because my son has "perfect" 20/20 vision so it took us a long time to figure out he had a visual processing disorder. We were diagnosed elsewhere and found Utah Vision Solutions on the web. Dr. David is wonderful with my son and is great at explaining why the various exercises help my son's vision. By understanding what the problem is and why he's doing what he's doing it has made a lasting impact. Dr. David also serves our military and we are most grateful for his service. An incredible doctor that can help my son and serve our country deserves high praise! The rest of the staff is incredible as well. Thank you!!
