  This pediatricians office was not designed for kids. The waiting room was sterile with chairs and some women's fit pregnancy magazines. Nothing for kids to do, no toys or tv with kid shows or kid books, nada. The doctor was nice, front reception was not. She wasn't openly rude, but her attitude made us feel like we as patients were a burden on her day. The nurses were nice but were not on top of things, maybe it was their first day. The biggest issue was the cost. We were told to pay just under a hundred for the visit, then blood work would be a little extra later. The bill came and the blood work was there, about what we expected, but then the visit price was 160. We were told the office visit as self pay would be around 95, what we paid, then they bill us for a much larger amount for the office visit later. After calling and talking to people in billing about this, they said the office visit is 95 then billed for extras later. Reality is the bill shows much more for the office visit. It seems there is an issue in the billing department between their mouths and their pocketbooks. We will never go back to this place. The hardest part about moving to a new area is finding a good doctor, instead we found a nice doctor with a bad corporate company. Our search continues.

  Ok I usually love wee care but holy crap work on your customer service! On the phones and in the Kaysville clinic, yep sweetie I'm ratin you out! First time having two kids and my baby was premature just got out of the hospital and had to be seen within three days had to get the next only spot available which was fairly early, needless to say trying to get ready with a new baby and a two year old, so I was a little late. I get there and the first thing she snips at me was I don't think.we can see you because you were late! Well gee thanks a heep, I haven't slept dealt with a baby just making through the NICU still feeling lousy. And I told her she needed to make it work because the Dr from the NICU said it was impairitive that my tiny 4lb baby be seen after being hospitalized. She disappeared and then came back and said finally that it was fine. Really I hope your not too busy to make money. Honestly I've worked as a medical assistant/EMT for a very long time DO NOT EVER think it's ok to treat your patients as an inconvenience.
