- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For 6 weeks, breastfeeding my newborn was a huge challenge. From severe pain to a very fussy and hungry baby, I was ready to quit and depressed. Everything changed when we got her lip and tongue ties released by Dr. Swan. I can honestly say that I noticed a difference immediately. It felt like her mouth was finally able to work like it should. Over the last two weeks, as she has been trying to get over her previous bad habits, the pain has diminished to almost nonexistent and we have a much happier, more content baby. Our worst nursing sessions now are still much better than our best ones before. I am confident things will continue to improve, as she gets used to the new movement in her mouth.
